何哲鑫（Justin Higgins）介绍
Justin Higgins serves as Deputy Spokesman of the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China. He joined the State Department in 2000. His overseas assignments include the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia and the U.S. Mission to NATO in Brussels, Belgium. His Washington assignments include the Main Press Office and the China Desk. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Swarthmore College and a Master’s Degree from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs.
